Return policy

Our policy lasts for 30 days. if they have passed30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

In the event that the product presents a manufacturing and/or workmanship defect, please provide us with photographic and video evidence in order to determine the problem.
