Return policy

Our policy lasts for 30 days. if they have passed30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

In the event that the product presents a manufacturing and/or workmanship defect, please provide us with photographic and video evidence in order to determine the problem.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are some situations where only partial refunds can be guaranteed: (if applicable)

• Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged for reasons beyond our control.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after shipment.

Submission of evidence

In case of returns, you mustsubmit video/photo evidence that clearly supports the reasons for refund/return. Some examples include:

• Photographs/videos with product problems
• Pictures of the package

We can require more documentation if:

• The evidence is not of acceptable quality. Clear evidence with good quality must be submitted. Evidence that does not support the buyer's reasons will be rejected.
• The seller creates a dispute and the case requires further investigation.

All photographic/video evidence must be sent to the emailinfo@guapinol.mx. and in the matter you must carry the order number.

Refunds (where applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (where applicable)

If you still haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.

Next step, contact your bank. It often takes some time before your refund is posted.

Sale items (where applicable)

Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges (where applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us atinfo@guapinol.mx and send the article to: Abasolo 103, Centro, Oaxaca de Juárez, Oaxaca, 68000, Mexico.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to give to you later, we'll send a refund to the gift giver and he'll find out about your return.

Shipment
To return your product, you must send them to: Abasolo 103, Centro, Oaxaca de Juárez, Oaxaca, 68000, México.

You will be responsible for the payment of the shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $2,000 in value, we suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
