Shipping Policy

Cost of delivery.
Shipping is free of charge for purchases over [Free shipping] pesos. For purchases under [Free shipping] the shipping cost will be from $ 150.00 MXN, depending on the method you choose.

Delivery time.
Orders that are posted on business days (Monday through Friday) before 2:00 PM are shipped the same day. Orders that are posted after 2:00 PM will ship the next business day. The delivery time may vary depending on what you choose when finishing your order, for national deliveries it can be from 2 to 5 business days.
Bear in mind that in holiday periods and promotional seasons, delivery times may vary. In extended areas, the delivery time is longer depending on the package.

Origin of shipment
All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse at Abasolo 103, Centro, Oaxaca de Juárez, Oaxaca, 68000, Mexico.

Shipping Address.
Your order will be sent to the address you left at the end of your order. You can make changes to the address as long as the order has not been shipped and the delivery time may change.
In case of not being at home, the parcel and logistics services will make 2 to 3 delivery attempts and leave a notification. After the attempts, you will return to our warehouses and we can send them again as long as you cover the cost of shipping again.

Method of delivery.
We use logistics services from certified parcel companies such as Estafeta, FedEx, DHL, Redpack or UPS.

Shipping notification.
When your order is approved and your payment validated, we will notify you via email, message or messenger (according to your choice at the end of the order) of the progress of your order. When we ship with the parcel, we will send you the tracking number so you can track your order.

Receipt of shipment.
Upon receiving the order, verify that your products are complete and in optimal condition, otherwise validate our return policies.
